  I came for the warm, welcoming community and discovered a spiritual home and active social justice programs. The facility is lovely. The Sanctuary is one of the Santa Barbara community's favorite wedding venues, with a beautiful park right across the street. As a long - time Santa Barbara resident, the Unitarian Society of Santa Barbara holds a very special place in my heart.

  As a wedding planner, it is wonderful to work with professional, helpful, and friendly staff when coordinating the elements of a wedding. Greg and John of USSB were just that! They made my job so easy and every part of the wedding went smoothly. They provided lighting, sound, microphones and were there to make sure the bride, groom and wedding party had access to the Sanctuary and getting ready rooms. I look forward to working here again!
